There are a few older electric baseboard heaters, but the house does have central air. The house has wood and laminate flooring thruout, except the master bathroom and 2nd bathroom on the upstairs level both have vintage tile. There is a screened in porch with a ceiling fan off of the eating area, next to the kitchen. Tenant is responsible for the utilities and yardcare; the yard is approx. 1 and 1/4 acre and must be maintained year round. There are 2 small fenced areas, one off of the back screened porch, and another in the backyard area. No cars, mowers, etc, nothing with gas or oil can be stored in the enclosed garage.
